Livestock Guarantee
- Terms and Conditions:
- Please DO NOT discards the item without authorization. We may need a picture for proof.
- For Dead On Arrival (DOA) items, you must notify us via email within three hours of delivery time posted by UPS.
- We do not issue credit for shipping costs or full cash refunds for livestock purchases. You will only receive Credit.
- Livestock credit is valid for 6 months from the date it was issued.
- Livestock credit must used to purchase livestock only. It is not applicable towards dry goods or supplies.
- Your 5-Day Live Guarantee begins on the day livestock is shipped.
- Livestock listed as a "Restricted Species" or "Show-Sized" species (8 inches or larger) are not covered.
- Shipping & Your Guarantee:
- Someone MUST be available to sign for the package. We will work out the shipping times with you when your order is processed. If the package is not signed for, your guarantee will be voided.
- If a delivery is refused for any reason, the customer will be held liable for the full cost of the invoice.
- Weather related delays which result in loss will not be covered.
- Orders shipped to a FedEx/UPS hold facility must be picked up within the first three hours after you've been notified by the shipping company. If it is picked up after this three hour limit, you will be liable for your own package and any guarantees are voided.
Arrive Alive Guarantee
Animals are guaranteed to Arrive Alive. Sharks, Restricted Species, and any large or show-sized fish over 8 inches are not covered under our 5-Day Live Guarantee or the Arrive Alive Guarantee. Should the unlikely occurrence of a DOA happen, you must notify us within three hours of delivery time posted by UPS.
