Length: Grows to about 11inches
Foods: Feeds on various foods. Such as mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, spirulina algae, broccoli, Formula 2, or foods enriched with Zoecon.
Reef Compatiblity: Reef safe.
Water Condtions: Temp. 75-78F. Salinity 27-31ppt or 1.020-1.023 sg; pH 8.1-8.4. Does not fare well with fluctuations in temperature,salinity and pH.
Special Needs: This fish needs hiding places, when juvenile it can be kept in groups, and it can be placed in an aggressive tank. Recommended for an established tank.
