There are many factors that affect LIVESTOCK AVAILABILITY(mostly fish and inverts such as clams, but not coral). Please note that note that not all of the livestock posted on our site are always available. Many things such as weather, season, transportation, or import/export laws affect whether or not certain livestock can be available for you to purchase. We usually get the specimen that you want 75% of the time unless it is unavailable for the reasons that we've stated prior. The best we can promise you is that the livestock you get from us will be worth the wait. Once we get the fish that you've requested, we need time to acclimate it and make sure that it's eating happily and healthily. Just give us 14 days, guaranteed, or your money back.

Have you ever wanted to reserve a concert ticket or video game in advance to be sure that you'd get it on time? That is how Pre-Ordering on www.FishSupply.com will work from now on, where you'll receive the livestock that you've purchased from us at a later time. We want to make sure that we get the livestock that you've requested to you as soon as possible, but be able to guarantee that they are in the best condition as possible.

How it works:

1. An order request is placed through www.FishSupply.com for some specific livestock. We do NOT pull out the funds from your account until the item is shipped out and you receive a tracking number from us. Just know that it will look like the funds are placed on a hold on the account you've used to pay with, just like how it looks when you use your debit card as a credit card on the bank account statement.
2. The entire order will include the shipping estimate based on UPS Next Day Air published rates. This means that once the package is ready to be shipped to you, it will be shipped OVERNIGHT so that the livestock will not be put under extra stress by being stuck in a box for over 24 hours. We pack our livestock at the last minute to ensure that they do not have to be in a bag for more time than they should be. We do not charge you any box charges unless your order cannot be fitted into one box. **Please note that we are still only shipping on orders over $100 only at this time.**
3. A representative will contact you via phone or e-mail (whichever we can reach you at the soonest) to tell you the availability of the items. Normally, this will be on a Monday or Wednesday, since that is when our new shipments of fish come in. (We aren't going to lie and tell you we get new fish every day, because we don't.)
4. If your package is ready, we will schedule an appointment with you so that you are there to sign for your package. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail and you can get excited to add your new fishies to your tank!

Should we not be able to get the items that you've requested within 14 days, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund, no matter what. We will keep you up-to-date with your order with e-mail notifications as much as possible, to ensure that you know the status of your package and to let you know that we are doing our best to find your particular fish for you.
