Recipient: Government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or military ID

The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item numbers and UPS tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order on arrival. Please Note: We strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent livestock from being exposed to the rain and/or extreme temperatures.
- Delays due to weather, mechanicals failures, etc. which result in loss, will not be covered under Fishsupply.com guarantee policy.
- If a package is rejected for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the invoice.
- Package shipped to a UPS holding facility, must be picked up within the first three hours of opening.
- To ensure you receive the healthiest species available and to reduce the travel stress on your aquatic life, your order will be shipped direct to your door.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order without penalty prior to shipping. If you cancel an order after we have shipped, there will be no refund.
Backorders:
Once it's filled 80% of your order we will notify you(phone or e-mail) before we ship out but we do not backorder out of stock items.
Damaged in Transit:
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a damage claim with the carrier. Please hold onto both the damaged items(s) and packaging material for inspection for 7 business days from the date you report the damage. We are not liable for the damaged goods but will work collaboratively with you and the carrier to resolve problem.
Special Order:
Special Order Fish can be purchased through out shopping cart. Our expert staff will hand pick an exceptional fish for you and contact you when the fish is ready to ship. It usually takes 2 - 3 weeks from the time you place your order.
Substitutions:
We will not substitute any item(s) without our customer's approval. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by either phone or email to discuss options.
Weather Related Delays:
We are not responsible for delayed shipments or any consequent loss due to the weather conditions during the transit. We will check out forecast before we ship out but you may notify us incase of severe weather conditions in your area.
